How these books are written

The same conventions run through all 93 volumes. That is what makes them a library rather than a collection.

University level, without dilution

Exact scientific terminology, defined at first use. Mechanisms, not just conclusions. Deep enough that a professional already trained in the field keeps learning.

Evidence graded, not asserted

Major claims carry a level, from A (strong) to D (expert opinion), so you always know how much weight to give them.

Numbers, formulas, worked examples

Reference ranges, equations and solved calculations you can apply the same day — not vague guidance.

Myths confronted directly

Where a popular claim does not survive the evidence, the book says so, and shows why.

Fully referenced, APA 7

References at the end of every chapter, plus a master bibliography. Everything is checkable.

Each volume stands alone

Read one, or read the library. Together they run from the cell to the coaching relationship, without repeating themselves.

The fourteen collections

From foundational physiology to professional practice.
